The key to the usage plan will be the production by the committee of a fee structure and brochure describing availability and usage fees for booking of the building. This can be patterned after the successful implementation done by the Pana Chautauqua group. Their brochure is readily available at City and Chamber offices, so that the public is very aware that the building is available for use and reservation for their event needs. The lack of available reservation information in Shelbyville has been a substantial roadblock to usage and promotion of the building.
